Actually a bit surprised Yale is getting more lanes through there; it works fine. Hopefully convert the curb lane to bus/bike only and increase bus service so fewer people need to drive at some point in the nearish future.

It's "split-phased," and if you're driving fast enough to damage your vehicle, you're driving too fast for the prevailing conditions. Slow it down. It's 30 in the construction zone anyway, though you will still need to drop it down a notch from that for some of the bigger bumps.
