This is the final weekend of the Tulsa State Fair, and many fairgoers and last minute ride enthusiasts noticed the quick change in weather. The high today stood about 20 degrees lower than yesterday. FOX23 was live at the fair Saturday to see if that wet weather put a damper on the festivities.

Even though it's chilly outside and some young people have already pulled out the letterman jackets, as you can see all around me it's still very busy. FOX23 spoke with dozens of people out here who thought the rain wouldn't give up and they were going to have to spend the day indoors but as soon as the sun came back out, the temperature wasn't going to slow them down.

Long lines late into the night show that fairgoers are taking advantage of their last weekend at the fair, despite the weather.
FOX23 spoke with Belinda McCray about the weather Saturday.
"We were kind of disappointed but we waited the storm out and came out anyway and got lucky tonight," McCray said.
However, for some people the fair was an alternative plan.
"We were scheduled to have a ball tournament today but it got rained out, so found our way to the fair," John Edmondson said.
Kids like Summer Gayton had their hearts set on going to the fair to play games and go on rides.
"She wanted to come again so we decided to spend a couple of dollars and have some fun," Greg Gayton said.

Most of the kids were bundled up and didn't seem to mind, they can enjoy the fair with rain or shine
