Larceny suspect in custody

Tulsa police say a man they want to talk to about thousands of dollars missing from a local business is in custody.
Charlie Carter, Jr. is in the Tulsa County Jail. He was wanted for allegedly stealing TVs from a Walmart. Police say he was caught on tape in a separate case, allegedly stealing money from Hi-Tech Motors last month.
Carter faces larceny complaints.
