Northbound lanes of Highway 75 are open again.

The lanes between Apache and Pine were closed while Tulsa Police investigated a fatal car accident.

Officers told FOX23 a car heading south hit a guardrail. Police said the impact sent the car across the grass median and it hit an SUV heading north head-on.

The driver of the car was killed. The passenger in the car and the other driver were taken to the hospital.
