A Tulsa man was held captive in his own car. Only on FOX23 News Tuesday, the story of a pizza delivery driver who says he was carjacked and kidnapped at gunpoint.

Tuesday night one of three suspects has been identified as Levi Ahaisse and he is currently behind bars.

The victim asked us not to use his name, so we will identify him as “the victim."

FOX23 spoke exclusively with the victim Tuesday.
.
Eastbound traffic was passing by as the victim was carjacked.

Police tell us Ahaisse was traveling the wrong direction in those lanes when he crashed his car.

But we learned that was only the beginning.

The victim saw the crash firsthand.

"A red Charger flying down the road and just slams head-on into this black car," said the victim.

So he stuck around to talk to police.

Little did he know he'd be the next victim in a chain of unlikely events.

"I thought they were sitting there in their car."

But that wasn't the case.

Other witness tell police they saw three people get out of the red Charger and run into the parking lot.

They had seen their target, a pizza delivery driver.

The victim says they jumped into his car before he even realized what was going on.

They started shouting, "Telling me drive get out of here or we are gonna shoot you."

The suspects demanded the victim take down his Pizza Hut sign and made him drive them around town, ending up at a car wash near 61st and Peoria.

The victim tells FOX23 that's when it became terrifying.

He says Ahaisse threatened to kill him.

The victim said Ahaisse told his friend to "get your gun out and shoot this fool. I want the car, let's just end this."

But Ahaisse's friend didn't listen, instead he and the other suspect, a woman, walked away.

That's when Ahaisse made the victim drive him across the street to the Prescott Woods apartment complex.

When he got the opportunity, the victim jumped out and ran.

"I ran out of the apartment complex to 61st and Peoria," the victim said.

He explained he was calling police along the way.

Police showed up and arrested Ahaisse at the complex.

"I'm glad to be alive today. I didn't know at any point if they would draw a gun on me," the victim said.

Those other two suspects are still on the loose tonight, but Ahaisse is behind bars.

The victim tells us he had no clue his car had been taken over by a man police call a hard criminal.

"He has ties to a local gang," said the victim.

The victim says Ahaisse talked about his gang affiliation.

"They mentioned they were Bloods at one point."

Cpl. Brain Collum says Ahaisse has been in a lot of trouble prior to the carjacking kidnapping.

"Numerous robberies, assaults, stolen vehicles, burglaries, larcenies, domestic issues, drugs, dangerous drugs -- he has an extensive history with us," Collum explained.

In fact, FOX23 learned from court documents Ahaisse was only out of jail three days before being locked up once again.

Collum said Ahaisse was an intoxicated state when he was arrested Monday.

"We were thinking bath salts, k2 heroine, but he had obviously had been taking something," Collum said.

So police booked him on a DUI charge, but that was just the beginning.

On top of the felony hit-and-run, robbery and kidnapping charges, he's also facing possession of a firearm after a felony conviction.

That's because police found a loaded pistol in the Charger Ahaisse wrecked.
