Juvenile Arrested For Shooting Tulsa Man In Neck

TULSA, OK - A 17-year-old male has been arrested for shooting a man in the neck this past weekend. The suspect was arrested in the 400 Block of West 4th Street. Tulsa Police Departments Fugitive Warrants Unit working with the Northeastern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force made the arrest.
