A Tulsa man has been acquitted in connection to a meth lab fire that killed a 15-month old baby.
A jury found Jeffery McBride not guilty of felony murder, first degree arson and making meth. The baby’s mother, Jennifer Jennings and her boyfriend, Jacob Bell, are also charged in this case.
Ayden Jennings died on November 10th, 2011 and testimony indicates all three defendents used meth before the fire.
