Jury finds Sammie Chavez guilty on one count, not guilty on other

The jury found a Bartlesville teen accused of plotting to kill students and police officers in a school shooting guilty of planning a violent act, not guilty of conspiring with others.

Given the situation and issues we have recently encountered within the past few years, I would say this fits the crime. Too many times we slap people on the hands and give deferred sentences. It is about time we took things more seriously. DONT DO STUPID STUFF.

There were no guns, no bombs, no plot, just a teen talking... but someone decided this "terrorism" was just the thing to fuel building a new police station,jail,etc.
