A judge has heard arguments on both sides after a Tulsa police captain sued after being reassigned for refusing to attend a Law Enforcement Appreciation Day at an Islamic Center.

Oh what a tangled web we ••• Frankly I'm rooting for the captain. Separation of church and state and all that dusty old constitutional stuff. Im pretty sure they're unbiased and have no urgent craving to be bribed by sweetbread to play nice nice with Muslims.
