LOL which Army Surplus store did 1234 buy his medals, I know the gov. just passed a law saying it wasn't illegal anymore to lie about your military service or medals, so I guess he figures he doesn't have anything to lose. I did several years during the Vietnam era, was a recruiting officer the last year, and I can say without doubt, you would never have passed the entry test bud, you need to take some online classes or go back and get your GED. LOL

As Mark Twain said the ignorant, the police, and the gov't are the ones who always treat immigrants poorly, and are the first ones to complain about them not speaking English when they barely can themselves, and the 1234 guy proves it.

On a brighter note, yes, I agree that its a shame that TPD does in fact have a few bad apples. I grew up in North Tulsa, Just off of Pine and Harvard. I never thought of it as a bad area until one day when I was walking with some friends of mine and saw two TPD officers beating two black children on Dawson between Lewis and Harvard! As soon as the officers saw me and my friends they threw the two black kids into their squad cars and left quickly. I was scared...understandable since it was 1979 and I was 9 years old. I've seen Justice and injustice from TPD in the years to follow. I over all love our police department and know that the majority TRY SO HARD, they deal with things that you or I cant imagine, Many are Veterans like my own Son who just returned from Afghanistan. We have to support them! But when one or two go south we have to make sure justice prevails. So lets make sure it does! Send the mssg to the DA and Judge. let them both know we wont have it here! YOU HAVE A VOICE SO EMAIL THEM AND USE IT!

@Jscv1234: Is that a joke comment or are you really serious? If your serious, I want some of what your smoking! The man he is accused of robbing WAS A UNDERCOVER HISPANIC COP!!! didn't you read the article or did you just allow your own racial bias to control your very ignorant comment!??? You know I lived in Saudi Arabia for a few years. Did you know that if a foreigner whom is there LEGALLY is involved in a MV accident it is automatically their fault. Do you know why? Please allow me to tell you, BECAUSE they are not from that country and the law feels they should have never been there to begin with. May I ask you jscv1234? (how original) Have you EVER visited another country? In fact, if I may ask another, HAVE YOU EVER EVEN LEFT THE BACKWOODS OF OKLAHOMA???? Get over yourself, your quite disgusting these days!

Well the DA and TPD haven't made examples of any of the other, what is it now, about 6 or 8 officers who did everything under the sun and the only one who is doing any time is the old retired guy. Remember Travis Ludwig? He was the TPD officer who was caught selling coke out of his squad car, he was given the option to resign, and how he is a cop again, in New Mexico, so if I as you Nightshade I wouldn't hold my breath until they seriously punish one of their own, of course, Marvin jr. is black, and the others were all white, maybe that will make a difference, I don't know.

That's pretty tough. Every time a new accuser comes forward they go out and pick him up on a new charge and put him back in jail. Looks like that could happen for a while. Might keep him for observation.
