Judge denies Hilberling's bond request

A judge denied a request to reduce the bond for a Tulsa woman accused of pushing her husband out a window to his death.

Amber Hilberling is charged with second degree murder for the death of her husband, Josh. She is accused of pushing him out of the window of their 25th floor apartment. She was seven months pregnant at the time.

In January, a judge revoked her bond for violating the terms of her pre-trial release by testing positive for marijuana twice. Hilberling’s attorney requested her bond be reduced before her trial. A judge denied that request on Friday. 

Her trial is scheduled to begin August 20th.
