What officials? I spoke at length with Tim Harris and various other people from the DA's office and no one knows her condition or how it will effect the case.

It is a delay tactic on her part, she knows she can't win this one, and if she doesn't she could be in danger too, these people are career criminals, been in trouble since they were just kids for real. They need to appoint or hire someone else and get these thugs tried, they need to go to jail, as an example to other young men who might be taking the same road.

How could you report that the judge said the attorney would not be able to continue after she is released from the hospital? I was sitting next to your reporter and that is NOT what the judge said. He stated that he did not know the condition of Ms Holmes and if or when she would be able to continue once released. Get it right Fox, really poor reporting.
