A judge has requested more time to read through the lawsuit regarding the demolition of the B.C. Franklin Recreation Center.

The judge will have five days to read through the suit.  The city has agreed not to demolish the center until after the next court date.  The city has plans to remove the center and add other amenities to the park.

Several members of the community filed the lawsuit to prevent the city from tearing down the recreation center. Community members want the center to be renovated and repaired.

The lawsuit asks for an injunction and a court order for use of tax dollars on improvements to the center instead of tearing it down.

Tulsa gets rid of everything that pertains to "family". Lets demolish the park and build ANOTHER bar.....casino.....strip club...... No wonder people don't stay in Tulsa long.
