Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum recording artists Joan Jett & The Blackhearts will perform at the River Spirit Event Center Friday, November 9 at 7 PM.

Since their debut in the early 1980’s, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts have been a mainstay of pop culture, and best known for their hit “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll,” which was No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1982. Other popular recordings including “Crimson and Clover,” “I Hate Myself for Loving You,” “Do You Want to Touch Me,” “Light of Day,” “Love Is All Around,” “Bad Reputation,” and “Little Liar.”
Eight of the performer’s albums have sold more than a million copies, and Jett has often been called the “Queen of Rock ‘n Roll.” She is only one of two women named to Rolling Stone magazine’s list of 100 Greatest Guitarists of all time.
Joan Jett & The Blackhearts have been rockin’ for more than three decades and show no signs of slowing down.
