i am jakes sister and i did what i had to do that night... you are correct in the fact that my brother is not a racist person... every since we lost my father our family has been going through hell... i i hadnt called my dad that night who knows who all would have ended up shot and killed! i have had problems living there in the past and the policeare never there on time!! i knew my dad would be there and he was!! i never would have thought what happened tha night would have happened to my family but there isnt anything i can do about that now except to seak up on my brthers behalf since he now can not!!!

I am African American and I believe this kid is not racist. There was a lot going on in his life and he just snapped. His sister should have never called her father to come to her and her black boyfriends defense. If she had not called her father he might still be alive and her brother would not be in this mess. I will keep him in my prayers as well as those families of those who were killed.
