An unsealed grand jury indictment released on Thursday indicts a Washington man in connection to the indictment of a former Broken Arrow superintendent.
Jim Sisney was indicted on allegations of bribery and conspiracy in August. Sisney is accused of accepting tickets to the final four and a hotel room in 2007 from Windstram Corporation in exchange for the school districts business.
In the unsealed indictment, Eddie Dale Bryson, is indicted for perjury for testifying he gave Sisney those tickets to the game during the investigation. Bryson testified he had two tickets and gave them to Sisney because he could not go to the game.
