Hurricane Sandy halts a Tulsa runners' marathon plans
The New York City Marathon will proceed on Sunday according to NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg; but not all of the runners will be there. Ron Winn of Tulsa was supposed to race but his flight was canceled because of Hurrican Sandy.
