Police have arrested a man in connection with the city's latest homicide. They say Tyrone Fails called 911 Sunday morning and said he had shot a man outside the Polo Club apartments in east Tulsa. The arrest report says the victim had been banging on Fails door. It also states Fails opened the door and shot the victim. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say Fails and the victim had been arguing sometime before the shooting. Fails has been booked into the Tulsa County Jail on a complaint of first degree murder.
