Homeowners frustrated by leaking fire hydrant

Residents near the corner of 95th and Darlington streets told FOX23 a fire hydrant has been leaking water for the last three months.

Sounds like Collier is a real whine bag. Hey whiner. With all this rain increasing the size of your mosquito lake why aren't you asking god to shut the water off. You originate a work order for the city of tulsa and then pretend you're at the drive thru at McDeez. Maybe you'll get your order of fries before you expire.
