All new on FOX23 News Saturday, FOX23 learned an additional charge was filed against the defendant Darren Price.

Deputies say he intimidated a witness during his trial.

FOX23 researched police records Saturday and found the report states that on Thursday, Price had another prisoner beat up Donald Williams, who had just testified against him.

Williams is a witness in Price's murder case because of what Price allegedly told Williams before and after the killings.

FOX23 was in the courtroom Thursday when Williams, a former friend of Price's, took the stand.

Williams talked about Price doing a media interview about the killings the day the bodies were discovered.

He also said Price was looking for a gun in the days before the murder but that later Price told him "he knew where to get one."

Williams is also an inmate at the Tulsa County Jail.

Court records show Williams, Price and 12 others were waiting to go back to their cells when the assault happened.

The report says Price yelled that Williams was the snitch in his case and that he wanted other inmates to hurt him.

Records show that's when an inmate acted on Price's request, hitting Williams in the face with his head.

The murder trial continues Monday with closing arguments.

The jury is then expected to go into deliberation.

If found guilty Price could get the death penalty.

What kind of charge will the assailant recieve? In my opinion the assailant should recieve at least a good five years in prison.

Sounds good to me. Death is too good for price and so is life.
