I had just recently returned to Tulsa on February 2010 from Tyler, Texas. I was homeless and sleeping on the stairway at St. John's Hospital on 21st & Utica. It was 4:30am when suddenly a personage stood before me. It was Billy Joe Daugherty. He stood before me dressed in a white robe that was stained. His right eye was popped out and hanging out of it's socket. I was shocked and in awe. As he stood before me he said; " David, please forgive me for hurting you. We all have sin in us, we all have done wickedness. It is by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ that we are saved. We are saved by grace through faith and not of yourself it is a gift of God." Billy Joe said; "Take your eyes off me and put them on JESUS".Then he vanished. I was assured by this visitation that faith in God's grace is what saves us all.

It is obvious that this case has turned into a "RELIGIOUS PROFILING AND TARGETING" and "JUDICIAL RACKETEERING" against John and Charica Daugherty. The charge of Failure to Report Child Abuse is FRAUDULENT and RACKETED in nature by a Corrupted Enforcement and a Corrupted Judicial Court seeking to discredit Victory Christian Center. Furthermore the parading of John and Charica Daugherty in the News Media is a crime in itself in the nature of Libel, Slander and Defamation. It appears that there are inconsistencies of the FACTS and that these half truths are being used to attack the Daugherty's. I find it strange and rare that a "rape" would occur in a "stairway". There has had to be other actions involved by the victim herself. I see John and Charica plus the others innocent of the crime that has been FRAUDULENTLY charged of Failure to Report Child Abuse.

I think they spent two weeks trying to convince the victims not to report to the police,they initiated a cover-up and it backfired on them,when you don't report crimes to the police and try to hide or lie about them you are an accessory to the crime,you harbor a rapist and the people who knew about it you are giving your approval of what they have done,you can't tell me the pastor didn't know about this from the get go,she has sacrificed her own family to save her own butt,like I said we can only hope a comet will pass nearby very soon.

OK so they aren't guilty of failing to report abuse; does that mean they are guilty of failing to report a felony? perhaps charges of conspiracy to commit rape?

GOOD!! I hope they read these posts and see that the community is outraged and disappointed in not only their failure and neglect to properly report these crimes, but in their attempt to deflect responsibility and appeal these charges. You ought to be ashamed and convicted spiritually by this!!! I pray the Spirit catch you and place you under arrest!!!!
