A hearing was postponed for two men accused of shooting five people during a Hmong New Year's Eve festival in east Tulsa.
Boonmlee Lee, 21, and19-year old Meng Lee pleaded not guilty to one count of shooting with intent to kill and five counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
Prosecutors believe one victim was targeted at the festival in October, but five victims were taken to the hospital. They believe the targeted victim had mediated a dispute involving the suspects' family.
The men are scheduled to be back in court on January 16.
