Hearing for mother charged with DUI passed

A Broken Arrow woman accused of driving under the influence with six teenagers in the car will be in court in April.
Heidi Fain is charged with driving under the influence and six counts of child endangerment. She crashed her SUV in Broken Arrow last July. Three teens were not wearing seat belts and were thrown from the SUV. her court date was scheduled for March 14th.
Fain told officers she had a few beers two hours before driving and blamed the accident on a ditch in the roadway. The arrest report said she was going 60 in a 35 mile an hour zone.
