A continuance was granted for two men accused in the shooting at a midtown Best Buy last summer.
An arraignment scheduled Friday morning for Jeremy Foster and Willie Wise has been continued until March 28th.
They're both charged with first degree murder for the deaths of two men. Scott Norman was ambushed outside the store and bystander Wes Brown was hit by a stray-bullet inside the store while shopping with his daughter.
Police say the shooting was the result of an ongoing gang feud.
