TULSA, Okla. - A preliminary hearing for a woman charged with 2nd degree murder has been passed until late March.

Miashah Moses is charged with 2nd degree murder for the deaths of her nieces in an apartment fire. The fire was at London Square Apartments in November of 2013.

Police arrested Moses for neglect, they said she left the girls alone in the apartment and then a fire broke out. The girls were killed.

The Moses family told FOX23 they do not want her to face charges because she did not do anything wrong.

Moses’ hearing is now scheduled for March 26th.

T Town :-/ They suspect that she stopped while out checking the mail to smoke crack. What was not published in this report was that she left chicken cooking on the stove top that should not have been left unattended with two napping infants in the house. As much as I would like to dismiss this as an innocent accident it still reeks as an ignorant event. I know she didn't mean to do that but it happened. When my nephew turned 21 it was on. Him and his best friend took turns driving to and from the bar. One time he flipped his car killing his best friend. He didn't mean it. But he did DOC time. She probably will too.

This pisses me off let this aunt go and grieve and bring some closure to this. The state is overstepping their power and boundaries in this situation.
