The preliminary hearing for three teenagers charged with the murder of a Papa John's delivery man is scheduled to continue Tuesday.

Prosecutors say Jermaine Savory, Frankie Jackson, Jr., and Damian Anderson killed Robert Horton while he was making a truck delivery to the store last March.

Now, the State of Oklahoma is looking to add a charge of knowingly concealing stolen property.

The District Attorney is expected to call one more witness today.
