One year after a man disappeared, his family is still searching to try and find him.
Timur Mardeyev, 27, is originally from Russia, he was last seen leaving Grove on November 29th, 2011.
His GPS showed he left his home in Grove, Oklahoma and drove straight to South Tulsa to River Spirit Casino.
His GPS showed he turned around at the Turnpike and took a back road to Tulsa.
He was not seen again but his car was found at Batman’s convenience store near Pine and Mingo ten days later and taken to a North Tulsa towing yard.
His family said he planned to married a few weeks after he disappeared and nothing adds up.
However, they’re finding support from others.
“Some people still have missing family members and some people already found people alive and it’s a happy end and its sad end. It’s really good support to hear how people handle it and how they did but you still have to do on your own just waiting,” said Mardeyev’s sister Gulnara Brown.
The family said they have no clues into his whereabouts.
Grove Police Department is investigating the case and if you have any information Grove Police at (918) 786-6121.
