You could improve conditions for pedestrians IF you can get the lousy drivers of city owned vehicles to STOP for pedestrians in crosswalks. The right of way for pedestrians is grossly ignored by all city of Tulsa vehicle operators. Bus police utility road workers code enforcement (that's a farce) there is not a single city driver who recognizes a pedestrians right of way in a crosswalk.
