Rogers State University will hold a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday for a new dining hall.

Plans call for a 17,000 square foot facility, that will serve up to 1,000 students. This is the start of a larger plan to expand on-campus housing as well.

The project will cost $4.9 million dollars and is just the latest project on the campus in Claremore. Construction is expected to be done by the fall of 2014.
