TOKYO (AP) - Two U.S. sailors accused of raping a woman on the island of Okinawa have been identified as two men stationed at a Texas naval base.
The Navy identified the sailors as Seaman Christopher Browning of Athens, Texas, and Petty Officer 3rd Class Skyler Dozierwalker of Muskogee, Oklahoma. Both are assigned to the Naval Air Station at Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base in North Texas.
The two were in Japanese police custody yesterday.
