How about IMMEDIATE REAL HOUSING, REAL TRAINING, and REAL LIVING-WAGE JOBS for the veterans?

This will NOT BE housing; it'll be a PRISON-LIKE & ALL-CONTROLLING mandatory 12-Step religious AA/NA & "Jesus Saves" insane asylum. The veterans will be driven to INSANITY and then released back to the streets more desperate than ever before...
