Governor Fallin outlining her legislative priorities for 2013

On the first day of the 54th legislative session Governor Mary Fallin will lay out her priorities for lawmakers during the State of the State Address.
She says she wants to see Oklahoma spend more money to help children with emotions. And help prevent depression, suicide and prescription drug abuse. The governor is asking lawmakers for 16 million dollars to help pay for enhancing mental health services.
The speech is the same day Governor Fallin releases her executive budget. It is expect to continue plans to cut the state income tax, which is currently at 5.25%.
