Google hosted hundreds of Oklahoma small businesses on Thursday for Oklahoma Get Your Business Online at the Jazz Hall of Fame in Tulsa.

Oklahoma Get Your Business Online is a way for Oklahoma businesses to get a website and get more visible online where the majority of people are going to find goods and services.
Google found 97 percent of Americans look online for local products and services, but just 62 percent of Oklahoma small businesses do not have a website or online presence.

Google is partnering with Intuit to provide its popular Intuit Websites offerings for free including an easy-to-build website, a customized domain name and web-hosting for one year. Participating Oklahoma businesses also receive a local business listing on Google Places and free tools, training and resources to succeed online.
