The state of Oklahoma does not award monetary "damages" for pain and suffering and/or mental distress but Attorneys will take your case no matter what because they take the case on a contingency basis. Quin needs to realize that she signed a document that stated the risks of surgey, it has her signature on it, put on your thinking cap.

Hey lady, why didnt you sue him4 years ago. Uh? Maybe because you know your suit is a joke. So, you got an infection...s&^t happens, deal with it. You sue someone when an incident happens, not 4 yrs later when you see a bandwagon you can jump on.

Im sorry, but this whole thing has, I think spun out of control. I for one was one of Dr Harringtons patients 3 years ago, I got a tooth pulled. But, I think to many people jumped to conclusions before knowing all the facts.

Oh goodness, now I suppose everyone is gonna be wanting to sue. Anything to make a dollar I suppose. He is definitely in the wrong for the way he was running his practice, but why is it now that people are wanting to sue? She wasn't worried about suing before. Very pathetic in my opinion.

Well I couldn't eat solid food and had pain after I had my wisdom teeth removed. I wasn't even sedated. I am suing the army.

I applaud her seeking justice for the damages she suffered as a result of his negligence, however, i dont know that "future" damages will be awarded to her lol. I also suspect many more lawsuits will appear in the limelight due to his irresponsibility and disregard for clients well being.
