OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Former First Lady Barbara Bush connected with students affected by a deadly May tornado via a Skype visit and told the girls in the audience to "marry well."

Bush connected with the students at Briarwood Elementary School as part of her foundation's recognition of International Literacy Day. Bush answered questions from students and spoke about the importance of literacy.

She says she had wonderful opportunities as First Lady and is still able to take part in some of them. She encouraged the girls to "marry well" like she did.

Plaza Towers and Briarwood elementary schools were razed down to the concrete slabs following the tornado. Briarwood students are being temporarily housed at Emmanus Baptist Church in Oklahoma City.

I love Barbara Bush. Too bad she was not on birth control when she spawned young George. The world would be a lot better place now.
