A former Victory Christian Center employee charged with making a lewd or indecent proposal to a child has been arrested.
The Tulsa County DA has filed charges against Israel Castillo on September 17th. Castillo is charged with lewd or indecent proposal to a child and using a computer to facilitate a sex crime.
Police warrants released in mid-September allege Castillo and a 15-year old he met at the VCC day camp exchanged sexually explicit comments on Facebook as early as August 11th.
Police say church officials told them both the girl and Castillo admitted to the messages.
