A former Skiatook School Superintendent has been sentenced on a federal conspiracy charge.
A judge sentenced Gary Johnson to 12 months and one day in prison, followed by 36 months of supervised relief. Johnson was also ordered to pay restitution of $207,590.01.
In October of 2012, Johnson pleaded guilty to the charge. Oklahoma City Businessman Rickey Enos also pleaded guilty to related charges.
Documents show Enos overbilled the Skiatook School district for basic supplies, equipment and services and Johnson approved those invoices in exchange for cash, football tickets and other items. In 2011, Johnson pleaded guilty to accepting bribes from Enos.
Johnson must turn himself in to serve his sentence on March 20th.
