seems like something city of tulsa could solve with a map showing grants, contact info timeframe, and location. City of tulsa already had to create those reports/aka maps for receiving stimulus funds from federal. The administration required such transparency to receive the money. Good example is TPD's crime reporting map. If people could see all the grants City of Tulsa is "sitting on their hands" in stalling there'd be more outrage.
