Five Victory Christian employees out of jail on bond

The Tulsa County DA has filed charges against five employees of the Victory Christian Center for failure to report child abuse. All five were booked into the Tulsa Co Jail Monday night, then released a few hours later on bond.

I had just recently returned to Tulsa on February 2010 from Tyler, Texas. I was homeless and sleeping on the stairway at St. John's Hospital on 21st & Utica. It was 4:30am when suddenly a personage stood before me. It was Billy Joe Daugherty. He stood before me dressed in a white robe that was stained. His right eye was popped out and hanging out of it's socket. I was shocked and in awe. As he stood before me he said; " David, please forgive me for hurting you. We all have sin in us, we all have done wickedness. It is by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ that we are saved. We are saved by grace through faith and not of yourself it is a gift of God." Billy Joe said; "Take your eyes off me and put them on JESUS".Then he vanished. I was assured by this visitation that faith in God's grace is what saves us all.

It is obvious that this case has turned into a "RELIGIOUS PROFILING AND TARGETING" and "JUDICIAL RACKETEERING" against John and Charica Daugherty. The charge of Failure to Report Child Abuse is FRAUDULENT and RACKETED in nature by a Corrupted Enforcement and a Corrupted Judicial Court seeking to discredit Victory Christian Center. Furthermore the parading of John and Charica Daugherty in the News Media is a crime in itself in the nature of Libel, Slander and Defamation. It appears that there are inconsistencies of the FACTS and that these half truths are being used to attack the Daugherty's. I find it strange and rare that a "rape" would occur in a "stairway". There has had to be other actions involved by the victim herself. I see John and Charica plus the others innocent of the crime that has been FRAUDULENTLY charged of Failure to Report Child Abuse.

Will Victory Christian Center as a whole have to register as a SEX OFFENDER CHURCH? Should VCC be held accountable and made to be responsible and register as a SEX OFFENDER CHURCH according to the same degree they have passed judgement on others? If VCC will be required to register as a SEX OFFENDER CHURCH, will children be allowed on the property or will they be able to interact with children? Is VCC a SEX OFFENDER CHURCH?

Will Victory Christian Center as a whole have to register as a SEX OFFENDER CHURCH? Should you be held accountable and made to be responsible and register as a SEX OFFENDER CHURCH according to the same degree you have passed judgement on others?

I went to school with these two, and let me just say that what they've taught in the school and what they are showing with their actions is very, very different! So it seems like they're looking for the easy way out, by having a good lawyer and double word play with the law. They just need to say they did wrong.

You can't just go around accusing members of your church of rape without an investigation. You may get sued that way as well. Something is fishy about this whole story. The Church states that during their so called investigation, the girl and her grandmother were dragging their feet and gave them confused signals. That will delay things of course. The Grandmother knew however, that is where this gets weird. What...does the Grandmother not think this is important enough to tell the girls mother? A bit odd if you ask me.
