Monday is the final day to submit ideas about how to spend the proposed Vision2 funds.

Organizers will use those ideas to create a master proposal to send to Mayor Bartlett and the city council. The City of Tulsa could get more than $157 million for various projects if the voters approve an extension of the Vision2025 sales tax.

Ideas can be submitted by calling 918-596-2100, they must be submitted by 5pm on September 17th.

Broken Arrow is also meeting to discuss plans for Vision2 funds. The Broken Arrow City Council will host a Town Hall meeting regarding Vision2 projects proposals at 6 p.m. Sept. 17 at Central on Main, 210 N. Main St.  Broken Arrow could get $44 million in funds from the project.

I would suggest we hire a new mayor, new police chief and a lot more cops and make sure they aren't criminals before we hire them. Once we get the crime and graft out of Tulsa then we can start building granidose buildings and making our nasty river a wonderful vacation/tourist destination.... LOL... sorry I had to stiffle a giggle on the last item.
