The judge is not an idiot...worse he is a liberal that does not represent us

where is the aclu, they seem too busy fighting on issues of seperation of church and state, so this you would think would be right up there alley, i think all americans no matter what religion should boycott the aclu, i know i wont donate a dime yo them, i also applauad this officer for his rights under both federal and state consitutions, and pray he takes his case all the way to the supreme court if need be. and this judge is either untrained or an idiot? the private sector would terminate him for not doing his job. not a bad idea, the oath he swore too did include uphold the law of the land - wake up america before it is too late

Can you even imagine the liberal media outcry if a muslim officer had been asked to go to a Jewish Synagogue or a Christian Church?I can see a torch lit mob of rabid liberals protesting for months with full media coverage and support
