Governor Mary Fallin is pushing to cut the state's income tax rate, again.

Lawmakers are expected to have $170 million less to spend in the new fiscal year. Despite that, Fallin said she will propose a tax-cut when the legislative session begins February third.

Fallin didn't provide details but said it will be an affordable tax cut.

The tax cut is for the wealthiest brackets, since apparently the poor dont donate enough to her election. This is why Oklahoma is in the bottom 10 for school quality.
