Governor Mary Fallin confirmed her office received documents concerning the planned Kialagee Tribal Town’s casino in Broken Arrow.
Fallin said her office received documents last year, but said there was little she could do about the casino because of state and federal laws. She did say her office had questions about the tribe’s right to build on the land and turned the issue over to the attorney general.
Congressman John Sullivan says he thinks federal regulators will block plans for the casino.
