Cindy Grogan, a FOX23 viewer from Checotah, OK, has won the FOX23 Kia Soul Giveaway. The sweepstakes was promoted by FOX23, in partnership with
Ferguson Kia of Broken Arrow, OK.
Cindy and her husband were excited to take home what Cindy said would be her first brand new car.
Cindy submitted the winning entry in the sweepstakes on November 15, by texting the sweepstakes key word, which was announced during a commercial break in The X Factor, to FOX23's SMS contact number.
