Tulsa police say a tractor trailer exiting too fast caused a back up on highway 169 on Thursday afternoon.

Police say the vehicle flipped when exiting at 46th Street North. The driver’s foot was stuck under the clutch and Tulsa firefighters freed him. He refused treatment from EMSA.

Police say the exit will be closed for a few hours to clean up spilled diesel fuel. Highway 169 is not closed, but traffic was slowed down.
