Earthquake Rocks Oklahoma

SPENCER, Okla. (AP) _ A small earthquake has been recorded in

eastern Oklahoma County but no damage has been reported as a

result.

The U.S. Geological Survey says the earthquake occurred at 5:34

a.m. Saturday.

The epicenter of the 3.1 magnitude earthquake was about three

miles northeast of Spencer and southwest of Jones.

The tremor occurred a day after a 2.8 magnitude quake was

recorded at nearby Arcadia.
