Tulsa Police Department Gang Unit went to serve a search warrant for drugs Friday afternoon, but when they arrived, they didn't know there would be other crimes involved.

Officers say they went to the home near 36th and 145th East Avenue to serve a search warrant for drugs.
The search reveled more than drugs, but evidence of chicken fighting.
Chee Xiong did have amounts of marijuana, a marijuana plant, packaging materials and firearms inside his home.

Police say they found alive and dead chickens, a fighting pit and splattered blood.
Xiong confessed to officers he staged chicken fights inside the garage.
The suspect was then arrested and taken to Tulsa County Jail on multiple charges, including animal cruelty and cultivation of marijuana.

"A" marijuana plant, as in almost two, but not. Pot busts are already a joke in this day (when most Americans favor decriminalization) but this takes the cake.
