Driver who crashed into cafe was shot in the head

Breaking news out of South Tulsa where we've just learned that a driver who crashed into a cafe was shot in the head.

Just after 4 o'clock Friday morning a small silver car smashed into the Corner Cafe at 53rd Place and South Peoria.

We've discovered the driver is a 44-year-old man who was shot in the back of the head through the back window just before crashing.

EMSA transported the man to the hospital in critical condition.
