Tulsa police said a person driving a work truck east on the Creek Turnpike at Highway 169 passed out and crossed the median.

Polices said the truck went airborne and ended up facing the wrong direction in the westbound against the concrete barrier. Nails from the truck flew onto the roadway and the lanes were shut down about 30 minutes to clean it up.
