This is the fourth time since July 2012 that the Tulsa County ACO has targeted someone who is taking care of rescued animals. Everyone in north Tulsa knows this person and knows that he is vindictive and hates animals. The stories that we are hearing are much different from what Fox 23 is reporting. According to other sources, the confiscated dogs did not arrive at the shelter alive.
